Hadith of Abu Razin al-'Uqayli Laqit ibn 'Amir al-Muntafiq (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 16182
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا هشيم ، قال: اخبرنا يعلى بن عطاء ، عن وكيع بن عدس ، عن عمه ابي رزين ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" الرؤيا على رجل طائر ما لم تعبر، فإذا عبرت وقعت"، قال:" والرؤيا جزء من ستة واربعين جزءا من النبوة"، قال: واحسبه، قال:" لا يقصها إلا على واد او ذي راي".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A dream is tied to the leg of a bird until it is interpreted, and when it is interpreted, it comes to pass as it has been interpreted. And he said that a dream is one forty-sixth part of prophethood. And he most likely also said that a dream should only be related to someone who is loving or who can give an opinion in this matter.

Hadith Number: 16183
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا بهز ، قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن يعلى بن عطاء ، عن وكيع بن حدس ، عن عمه ابي رزين ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" الرؤيا معلقة برجل طائر ما لم يحدث بها صاحبها، فإذا حدث بها وقعت، ولا تحدثوا بها إلا عالما او ناصحا او لبيبا، والرؤيا الصالحة جزء من اربعين جزءا من النبوة".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: A dream is tied to the foot of a bird until it is interpreted, and when it is interpreted, it comes to pass as it was interpreted. And he said that a dream is one forty-sixth part of prophethood. And he also probably said that a dream should only be related to someone who is loving or who can give an opinion in this matter.

Hadith Number: 16184
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، قال: حدثنا شعبة ، عن النعمان بن سالم ، عن عمرو بن اوس ، عن ابي رزين العقيلي انه اتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: إن ابي شيخ كبير لا يستطيع الحج ولا العمرة ولا الظعن. قال:" حج عن ابيك واعتمر".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin Uqayli that he once presented himself before the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) and said: "My father is an extremely old man; he does not have the strength for Hajj or Umrah, nor does he have any desire for women." The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Then you perform Hajj and Umrah on his behalf."

Hadith Number: 16185
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن النعمان بن سالم ، عن عمرو بن اوس ، عن ابي رزين العقيلي ، انه اتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: إن ابي شيخ كبير لا يستطيع الحج ولا العمرة ولا الظعن، قال:" حج عن ابيك واعتمر".

Hadith Number: 16186
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا يزيد بن هارون ، قال: اخبرنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن يعلى بن عطاء ، عن وكيع بن حدس ، عن عمه ابي رزين ، قال: قلت: يا رسول الله، اكلنا يرى الله عز وجل يوم القيامة، وما آية ذلك في خلقه؟، قال:" يا ابا رزين اليس كلكم يرى القمر مخليا به؟"، قال: قلت: بلى يا رسول الله، قال:" فالله اعظم".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that once I submitted in the court of Prophethood: O Messenger of Allah! On the Day of Resurrection, will each of us be able to see Allah, and what is His sign among His creation? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Abu Razin, can each of you not see the moon freely? I said: O Messenger of Allah! Why not. He said: Then Allah is even greater than this.

حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف لجهالة حال وكيع بن حدس
Hadith Number: 16187
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا يزيد بن هارون ، قال: اخبرنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن يعلى بن عطاء ، عن وكيع بن حدس ، عن عمه ابي رزين ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" ضحك ربنا من قنوط عبده، وقرب غيره"، قال: قلت: يا رسول الله، اويضحك الرب عز وجل؟، قال:" نعم"، قال: لن نعدم من رب يضحك خيرا.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Our Lord laughs when He sees His servants despairing and someone else approaching. I said: O Messenger of Allah! Does Allah also laugh? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes. I said: Then we will never be deprived of good from a Lord who laughs.

Hadith Number: 16188
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا يزيد بن هارون ، اخبرنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن يعلى بن عطاء ، عن وكيع بن حدس ، عن عمه ابي رزين ، قال: قلت يا رسول الله، اين كان ربنا عز وجل قبل ان يخلق خلقه؟ قال:" كان في عماء، ما تحته هواء، وما فوقه هواء، ثم خلق عرشه على الماء".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that I asked: O Messenger of Allah! Where was our Lord before He created the creation? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: He was in an unknown place, and above and below Him there was only emptiness. Then He created His Throne upon the water.

Hadith Number: 16189
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن يعلى بن عطاء ، عن وكيع بن عدس ، عن ابي رزين عمه ، قال: قلت يا رسول الله، اين امي؟، قال:" امك في النار"، قال: قلت: فاين من مضى من اهلك؟، قال:" اما ترضى ان تكون امك مع امي" قال ابي: الصواب حدس.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that once I submitted in the court of the Messenger: O Messenger of Allah! Where will my mother be? He replied: In Hell. I said: Then those of your family members who have passed away, where will they be? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Are you not pleased that your mother will be with my mother?

Hadith Number: 16190
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عفان ، قال: حدثنا شعبة ، قال: اخبرني النعمان بن سالم ، قال: سمعت عمرو بن اوس يحدث، عن ابي رزين ، انه قال: يا رسول الله، إن ابي شيخ كبير لا يستطيع الحج والعمرة ولا الظعن؟ قال:" حج عن ابيك واعتمر".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that once I presented myself before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: My father has become extremely old and weak, he does not have the strength for Hajj or Umrah, nor does he have any desire for women. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then you perform Hajj and Umrah on his behalf.

Hadith Number: 16191
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، قال: اخبرنا سفيان ، عن يعلى بن عطاء ، عن ابي رزين لقيط ، عن عمه رفعه، قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" رؤيا المؤمن جزء من اربعين جزءا من النبوة" اشك انه قال:" رؤيا المؤمن على رجل طائر ما لم يخبر بها، فإذا اخبر بها وقعت".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A dream is one-fortieth part of prophethood, and a dream is suspended on the foot of a bird until it is interpreted. When it is interpreted, it becomes as it is interpreted."

حكم دارالسلام: حسن لغيره، وهذا إسناد وقع فيه خطأ، فقد سقط منه وكيع ابن حدس، ولم يدري أهذا الخطأ من أحد الرواة أم من النساخ
