حَدِيثُ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Dhirar ibn al-Azwar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 18905
حدثنا وكيع ، وابو معاوية ، قالا: حدثنا الاعمش ، عن يعقوب ابن بحير ، عن ضرار بن الازور ، قال: بعثني اهلي بلقوح وقال ابو معاوية بلقحة إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فاتيته بها، فامرني ان احلبها، ثم قال: " دع داعي اللبن" . قال ابو معاوية: لا تجهدنها.
It is narrated from Hazrat Dhirar bin Azwar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once my family sent me to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with a milking she-camel. I presented myself, and the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed me to milk her. Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Leave enough milk in her udders so that it can be obtained again.
