حَدِيثُ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hadith of Suwayd ibn Qays from the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith Number: 19098
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا سفيان ، عن سماك ، عن سويد بن قيس ، قال: جلبت انا ومخرمة العبدي ثيابا من هجر، قال: فاتانا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فساومنا في سراويل، وعندنا وزانون يزنون بالاجر، فقال للوزان: " زن وارجح" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Suwaid bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) that I and Makhrifah Abdi together imported cloth from a place called "Hajar." We presented ourselves before the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) bargained with us over a pair of trousers. At that time, there were some people with us who used to weigh out the money, giving it by weight. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the one who weighed, "Weigh out the money for them and weigh it accurately."

حكم دارالسلام: إسناده حسن
Hadith Number: 19099
حدثنا حجاج ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن سماك ، عن مالك ابي صفوان بن عميرة ، قال: " بعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رجل سراويل قبل الهجرة، فارجح لي" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Safwan bin Umairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that before the migration, I sold a pair of trousers to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) weighed out its price for me while bending down.
