تتمہ مُسْنَدِ الْكُوفِيِّينَ
Continuation of Musnad of the Kufans
وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
And from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah from the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith Number: 19162
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن منصور ، قال: سمعت ابا وائل يحدث، عن رجل ، عن جرير ، انه قال: " بايعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على إقام الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة، والنصح للمسلم، وعلى فراق المشرك" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I pledged allegiance to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the conditions of establishing prayer, paying zakat, wishing well for every Muslim, and expressing disavowal from the disbelievers.

Hadith Number: 19163
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن سليمان , عن ابي وائل ، عن جرير ، قال: " بايعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على إقام الصلاة، وإيتاء الزكاة، والنصح لكل مسلم، وعلى فراق المشرك. او كلمة معناها" .

Hadith Number: 19164
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن سليمان ، قال: سمعت ابا ظبيان يحدث، عن جرير ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من لم يرحم الناس لم يرحمه الله عز وجل" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah Almighty does not show mercy to him.

Hadith Number: 19165
حدثنا بهز ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، حدثنا عاصم بن بهدلة ، عن ابي وائل ، ان جريرا قال: يا رسول الله، اشترط علي، قال: " تعبد الله لا تشرك به شيئا، وتصلي الصلاة المكتوبة، وتؤدي الزكاة المفروضة، وتنصح المسلم، وتبرا من الكافر" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that at the time of accepting Islam, I submitted in the presence of the Messenger of Allah, "O Messenger of Allah! If there is any condition, please tell me." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Worship Allah and do not associate anyone with Him, perform the obligatory prayers, pay the obligatory zakat, wish well for every Muslim, and express disavowal from the disbeliever."

Hadith Number: 19166
حدثنا بهز ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن عبيد الله بن جرير ، عن ابيه ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " إن الله عز وجل لا يرحم من لا يرحم الناس" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah Almighty does not show mercy to him.

حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، خ: 6013، م: 2319، وهذا إسناد حسن
Hadith Number: 19167
حدثنا حجاج ، حدثني شعبة ، عن علي بن مدرك ، قال: سمعت ابا زرعة يحدث، عن جرير ، وهو جده، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال في حجة الوداع:" يا جرير، استنصت الناس"، ثم قال في خطبته: " لا ترجعوا بعدي كفارا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet said to him during the Farewell Pilgrimage, "O Jarir! Make the people quiet," then during his sermon he said, "Do not become disbelievers after me, striking the necks of one another!"

Hadith Number: 19168
حدثنا ابو معاوية ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن إبراهيم ، عن همام ، قال: بال جرير بن عبد الله ، ثم توضا، ومسح على خفيه، فقيل له: تفعل هذا وقد بلت؟ قال: نعم،" رايت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بال، ثم توضا ومسح على خفيه" . قال إبراهيم: فكان يعجبه هذا الحديث، لان إسلام جرير كان بعد نزول المائدة.
Hammam says that once Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) urinated, performed ablution, and wiped over his socks. Someone said to him, "How are you wiping over your socks when you have just urinated?" He replied, "Yes! I saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) urinate, perform ablution, and wipe over his socks." Ibrahim says that the scholars of hadith give great importance to this hadith because Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) accepted Islam after the revelation of Surah Al-Ma'idah (in which is the verse of ablution).

Hadith Number: 19169
حدثنا ابن نمير ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن زيد بن وهب ، قال: سمعت جريرا ، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من لا يرحم الناس لا يرحمه الله عز وجل" ..
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah Almighty does not show mercy to him. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.

Hadith Number: 19170
حدثنا ابو معاوية ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن زيد بن وهب ، عن جرير بن عبد الله ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فذكر مثله.
Abu Muawiyah narrated to us, Al-A'mash narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Wahb, from Jarir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, and he mentioned the like of it.

Hadith Number: 19171
حدثنا محمد بن عبيد ، حدثنا الاعمش ، عن زيد بن وهب ، عن جرير ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من لا يرحم الناس لا يرحمه الله عز وجل" ..
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah Almighty does not show mercy to him. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
