حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hadith of a man who heard the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith Number: 20691
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن خالد الحذاء ، عن ابي قلابة ، عمن سمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقرا: " فيومئذ لا يعذب عذابه احد ولا يوثق وثاقه احد سورة الفجر آية 25 - 26" يعني يفعل به، قال خالد: وسالت عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة، قال فيومئذ لا يعذب سورة الفجر آية 25، اي يفعل به .
It is narrated from a companion that he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) reciting the verse "Fayawma’idhin la yu’azzibu ‘adhabahu ahad" in the passive form (that is, with a fatha on the dhal in "yu’azzibu" and a fatha on the tha in "yuwthaqu"), meaning that on that day, no one will be punished like him, and no one will be bound like him.
