حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا من لا احصي من اصحاب نافع عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: اخبرتني حفصة ," ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا اضاء له الفجر صلى ركعتين" .
Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform the two rak'ahs of Sunnah (of Fajr) after the true dawn had appeared.
