حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا عمرو بن دينار , انه سمع طاوسا يحدث، عن حجر المدري ، عن زيد بن ثابت ," ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى بالعمرى للوارث" .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the ruling that ‘Umra is to be given to the heir.
