Sufyan says: Ibn Jurayj initially narrated this report from Kathir, from his father. Then when I asked him about this, he said: "It is not narrated from my father; a member of my household has reported this statement. He heard Sayyiduna Mutalib bin Abu Wada'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrating it."
