Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When two people make a transaction, each of them has the option (to cancel the deal) as long as they have not separated from each other, or unless they have made a condition of choice in the transaction." The narrator states: Whenever Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) would buy something and wanted the deal to be finalized, he would walk a little distance away and then return.
