حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد ، ومسعر بن كدام ، انهما سمعا عدي بن ثابت يحدث، عن البراء ، قال:" سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو يقرا في المغرب ب والتين والزيتون" . قال سفيان: زاد مسعر: فما سمعت إنسانا احسن قراءة منه.
Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reciting Surah At-Tin in the Maghrib prayer. Sufyan says: The narrator named Mas’ar has reported these words: I have not heard anyone recite better than the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
