Sayyiduna ‘Adi bin Hatim (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about hunting with a stick, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Eat whatever is killed by its sharp edge, and do not eat what is killed by its broad side, for that is an animal killed by a blow.”
