Hadith Number: 1055
حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا حمزة بن مغيرة الكوفي ، وكان من سراة الموالي، عن سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " اللهم لا تجعل قبري وثنا، لعن الله قوما اتخذوا، او جعلوا قبور انبيائهم مساجد" .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Do not make my grave an idol. May Allah curse those people who made the graves of their prophets places of prostration."
