Hadith Number: 562
حدثني يحيى، عن مالك، عن ابي الرجال محمد بن عبد الرحمن ، عن امه عمرة بنت عبد الرحمن ، انه سمعها تقول: " لعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم المختفي والمختفية" . يعني نباش القبور
It is narrated from Hazrat Amrah bint Abdur Rahman that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the man who steals a shroud and the woman who steals a shroud.

وحدثني، عن وحدثني، عن مالك، انه بلغه، ان عائشة زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، كانت تقول: " كسر عظم المسلم ميتا ككسره وهو حي" تعني في الإثم
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) was informed that Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) used to say that breaking the bone of a deceased Muslim is like breaking the bone of a living Muslim.
