Chapter on What is Reported Regarding Compensation for Head Wounds
Hadith Number: 1512B1
قال مالك: فلا ارى اللحي الاسفل والانف من الراس في جراحهما لانهما عظمان منفردان والراس بعدهما عظم واحد.
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said that the lower jaw and the nose are not included in the head; rather, they are separate, and the head is separate.
