Hadith Number: Q18
وهو من الجنس الذي قد اعلمت ان الله قد يوجب الحكم في كتابه بشرط، ويوجبه على لسان نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم بغير ذلك الشرط، إذ الله عز وجل لم يذكر في آية الوضوء المذي، والنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قد اوجب الوضوء من المذي، واتفق علماء الامصار قديما وحديثا على إيجاب الوضوء من المذي
This ruling is of the same type as I have mentioned before: sometimes Allah the Exalted makes a command in His Book conditional and obligatory, then makes the same command unconditionally obligatory through the tongue of the Prophet (peace be upon him). For Allah the Exalted did not mention madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) in the verse of wudu, whereas the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) made wudu obligatory due to madhiy. All the early and later scholars of all cities are unanimous that wudu becomes obligatory due to madhiy.

Hadith Number: 18
حدثنا احمد بن منيع ، ويعقوب بن إبراهيم الدورقي ، ومحمد بن هشام ، وفضالة بن الفضل الكوفي ، قالوا: حدثنا ابو بكر بن عياش، قال احمد بن منيع: قال: حدثنا ابو حصين ، وقال الآخرون: عن ابي حصين، عن ابي عبد الرحمن السلمي ، عن علي بن ابي طالب ، قال: كنت رجلا مذاء، فاستحييت ان اسال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، لان ابنته كانت عندي، فامرت رجلا فساله، فقال:" منه الوضوء"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali bin Abu Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I was a person who had a lot of madhi (pre-seminal fluid), and I felt shy to ask the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about this because his daughter was married to me. So I instructed a man to ask (this issue), and he asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wudu must be performed due to the discharge of madhi."

Hadith Number: 19
حدثنا بشر بن خالد العسكري ، اخبرنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، قال: سمعت سليمان وهو الاعمش يحدث، عن منذر الثوري ، عن محمد بن علي ، عن علي ، قال: استحييت ان اسال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن المذي من اجل فاطمة، فامرت المقداد بن الاسود، فسال عن ذلك النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال:" فيه الوضوء"
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I felt shy to ask the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about the issue of madhi (pre-seminal fluid) because of Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), so I instructed Sayyiduna Miqdad bin Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him) to ask about this issue. He asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about it, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wudu (ablution) is (obligatory) for it (madhi)."
