جُمَّاعُ أَبْوَابِ الْآدَابِ الْمُحْتَاجِ إِلَيْهَا فِي إِتْيَانِ الْغَائِطِ وَالْبَوْلِ إِلَى الْفَرَاغِ مِنْهَا

(43) بَابُ ذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْبَوْلِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةَ بَعْدَ نَهْيِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْهُ مُجْمَلًا غَيْرَ مُفَسَّرٍ،

Hadith Number: Q58
قد يحسب من لم يتبحر في العلم ان البول مستقبل القبلة جائز لكل بائل، وفي اي موضع كان، ويتوهم من لا يفهم العلم، ولا يميز بين المفسر والمجمل ان فعل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في هذا ناسخ لنهيه عن البول مستقبل القبلة
A person of little knowledge may understand from this that facing the Qiblah while urinating is permissible for everyone and everywhere. A person who lacks understanding and insight of knowledge, and who cannot distinguish between the specific and the general, may be led to think that the action of the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم abrogates the prohibition of urinating while facing the Qiblah.
Hadith Number: 58
حدثنا محمد بن بشار ، حدثنا وهب يعني ابن جرير بن حازم ، حدثني ابي ، قال: سمعت محمد بن إسحاق يحدث، عن ابان بن صالح ، عن مجاهد ، عن جابر بن عبد الله ، قال:" نهانا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان نستقبل القبلة ببول، فرايته قبل ان يقبض بعام يستقبلها"
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade us from facing the Qiblah while urinating, then I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) facing it (while urinating) one year before his death.
