Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite this supplication in his bowing: «‏‏‏‏سبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ المَلاَئِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ» ‏‏‏‏ "(Our Lord) is free from all defects and exalted, He is holy and most high, the Lord of the angels and Gabriel." Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that regarding the supplications recited in bowing, this difference is of the permissible type. Therefore, it is permissible for the one praying to recite in his bowing any supplication about which it is narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite it in his bowing.
