(405) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَمَرَ بِإِعَادَةِ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةِ الَّتِي قَدْ يَنَامُ عَنْهَا أَوْ ذَكَرَهَا بَعْدَ النِّسْيَانِ مِنَ الْغَدِ لِوَقْتِهَا
405 Chapter: Evidence That the Prophet (peace be upon him) Only Commanded Repeating the Prayer Missed Due to Sleep or Forgetfulness at Its Time the Next Day.
Hadith Number: Q994
قبل نهي الله عز وجل عن الربا، إذ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قد زجر عن إعادة تلك الصلاة من الغد بعد امره كان بها، واعلم اصحابه ان الله عز وجل لا ينهى عن الربا ويقبل من عباده الربا، وصلاتان بصلاة واحدة كدرهم بدرهمين، وواحد ما شاء مما لا يجوز فيه التفاضل
Before the prohibition of riba by Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, when the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had forbidden the repetition of that prayer the next day after he had commanded it, and he informed his companions that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, does not prohibit riba and then accept riba from His servants, and two prayers for one prayer is like a dirham for two dirhams, and likewise with whatever is not permissible to have disparity in.

Hadith Number: 994
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى ، نا يزيد بن هارون ، اخبرنا هشام ، عن الحسن ، عن عمران بن حصين ، قال: سرينا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فلما كان من آخر الليل عرسنا، فغلبتنا اعيننا، فما ايقظنا إلا حر الشمس، فكان الرجل يقوم إلى وضوئه دهشا، فامرهم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فتوضئوا، ثم امر بلالا فاذن، ثم صلوا ركعتي الفجر، ثم امره فاقام، فصلى الفجر، فقالوا: يا رسول الله فرطنا افلا نعيدها لوقتها من الغد؟ فقال:" ينهاكم ربكم عن الرياء"
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we traveled at night with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and when the last part of the night came, we camped and sleep overcame us. Then only the heat and warmth of the sun woke us up. So everyone rushed anxiously towards the water for ablution, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered them and they performed ablution. Then he ordered Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), and he gave the call to prayer (adhan). Then he prayed the two sunnah of Fajr. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered Bilal, and he gave the iqamah. Then they said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we have been greatly negligent. Should we not repeat it at this time tomorrow?" So he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Your Lord forbids you from usury."
