جماع أَبْوَابِ التَّطَوُّعِ غَيْرَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ ذِكْرُنَا لَهَا

(529) بَابُ الْأَمْرِ بِصَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ فِي الْبُيُوتِ
The chapter on the command to pray voluntary prayers at home
Hadith Number: Q1205
والنهي عن اتخاذ البيوت قبورا فيتحامى الصلاة فيهن وهذا الخبر دال على الزجر عن الصلاة في المقابر
And the prohibition of making houses like graveyards, that is, not to perform prayers in them, and this hadith is evidence for the prohibition of performing prayers in graveyards.

Hadith Number: 1205
حدثنا بندار ، نا يحيى بن سعيد ، حدثنا عبيد الله ، اخبرني نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " اجعلوا من صلاتكم في بيوتكم، ولا تتخذوها قبورا"
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "Offer some portion of your prayers in your homes and do not make them like graveyards."
