جماع أَبْوَابِ قَسْمِ الْصَّدَقَاتِ وَذِكْرِ أَهْلِ سُهْمَانِهَا

(104) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِهَذِهِ الصَّدَقَةِ- الَّتِي أَعْلَمَ أَنَّهَا لَا تَحِلُّ لِلْغَنِيِّ وَلَا لِلسَّوِيِّ- صَدَقَةَ الْفَرِيضَةِ دُونَ صَدَقَةِ التَّطَوُّعِ
104 Subchapter: Evidence that the Prophet meant obligatory charity, not voluntary, is forbidden for the rich and able
Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I explained this issue after the statement of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) that indeed, zakat wealth is not lawful for us, the family of Muhammad.
