(42) بَابُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ صُحْبَةِ الرُّفْقَةِ الَّتِي يَكُونُ فِيهَا الْكَلْبُ أَوِ الْجَرَسُ؛ إِذِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ لَا تَصْحَبُهَا
42 Subchapter: Prohibition of traveling with a group that has a dog or bell, as angels do not accompany them
Hadith Number: 2553
حدثنا يوسف بن موسى ، حدثنا جرير ، عن سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إن الملائكة لا تصحب رفقة فيها جرس، او فيها كلب"
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the angels do not accompany a caravan or a group in which there is a dog or in which a bell is (ringing)."
