جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا

Chapter: The mutamatti‘ entering ihram for Hajj on the Day of Tarwiyah from Mecca
Hadith Number: 2794
حدثنا محمد بن معمر ، حدثنا محمد يعني ابن بكر البرساني ، اخبرنا ابن جريج ، اخبرني ابو الزبير ، انه سمع جابر بن عبد الله ، يخبر عن حجة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم , قال: فامرنا بعدما طفنا ان نحل، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " فإذا اردتم ان تنطلقوا إلى منى، فاهلوا"، قال فاهللنا من البطحاء
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates the condition of the Hajj of the Prophet (peace be upon him), stating that after the Tawaf of the House of Allah and the Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, he (peace be upon him) instructed us to come out of the state of Ihram. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When you intend to go to Mina (on the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah), then (again) enter into Ihram." Thus, we entered into Ihram from Batha.

حدثنا بندار ، حدثنا ابن ابي عدي ، عن داود . ح حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن حبيب ابن الشهيد ، حدثنا عبد الاعلى ، حدثنا داود ، عن ابي نضر، عن ابي سعيد ، قال: خرجنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حتى إذا طفنا بالبيت، قال: " اجعلوها عمرة، إلا من كان معه هدي"، قال: فجعلناها عمرة، فلما كان يوم التروية صرخنا بالحج وانطلقنا إلى منى
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) for Hajj. (Upon reaching Makkah Mukarramah) when we had completed the Tawaf, he said: "Change this Hajj of yours into 'Umrah, except for the one who has brought a sacrificial animal with him." So we made it 'Umrah. Then when the Day of Tarwiyah came, we proclaimed the Talbiyah for Hajj and proceeded towards Mina.
