Does the Husband (Who Has the Right to Take Back His Divorced Wife) Need Permission to Visit Her?

٢٠٠٥٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن هشام عن قتادة سئل عن رجل طلق امراته تطليقة يستاذن عليها؟ قال: (يصوت ويتنحنح) (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [س]: (بصوت وتنحنح)، وسقط من: [ط].
Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked that if a person gives one divorce to his wife, should he seek permission before coming to her? He replied that yes, he should call out and make a throat-clearing sound. And Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that it is not permissible for him to look at that woman's hair.

٢٠٠٥٣ - وقال ابن عباس: لا يصلح ان يرى شعرها (١).

(١) منقطع؛ قتادة لا يروي عن ابن عباس.
20053 - Ibn Abbas said: It is not permissible for her hair to be seen (1).
