٢٠٣٣٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم (انه) (١) قال في الرجل يقول لامراته: قد خلعتك، ولم يكن خلعها، قال: قد خلعها، ولا شيء عليه.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ب، جـ، ز، ك]: زيادة (أنه).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a man says to his wife, "I have granted you khul‘," even though he has not actually granted khul‘, what is the ruling? He replied: He has granted khul‘ and nothing will be obligatory upon him.
