٢٠٣٦٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا عبد الله بن إدريس عن حصين عن الشعبي قال: (١) آلى (رجل) (٢) من امراته ثم مات عنها في آخر عدتها قال: تعتد احد عشر شهرا.

(١) في [جـ]: زيادة (إذا).
(٢) في [ك]: (رجاء).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man makes ila' (oath of abstinence) from his wife and then dies in the last days of her 'iddah, the woman will observe 'iddah for eleven months.
