٢٣٥٣٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ليث والشيباني [عن الشعبي.
Ibrahim was asked: If a person sells goods for money, then buys the same goods back for less money, he disliked this.

٢٣٥٣٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا (وكيع عن) (١) سفيان عن ايوب عن ابن سيرين قال: لا باس إذا باعها بالنقد ان يشتريها بدون ما باعها إذا (قاصه) (٢).

Hazrat Ibn Sirin says that there is no harm if a person sells goods for money and then buys them back for less than the price he sold them for, provided that the transaction is settled equally.
