A Person Buys a Slave Girl and She Runs Away

٢٣٦٤٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن الشيباني عن الشعبي في (الرجل) (١) يشتري الجارية فتابق منه، فإن دلست له او (غرر به) (٢) رد عليه الثمن واطلب جاريتك.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ط]: (رجل).
(٢) في [جـ]: (غدرته)، وفي [أ، هـ]: (غدرت)، وفي [ز]: (غررت).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding the person who buys a slave-girl and she runs away from him: if a defect was concealed at the time of sale or he was deceived, then he will return the price and demand his slave-girl back. And Hazrat Shurayh used to say that he will return only that slave-girl.
