٢٣٧٨٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو الاحوص عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا رهن الرجل الحر فاقر بذلك كان رهنا حتى يفكه الذي (رهنه) (١) او يفك نفسه.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ]: (أرهنه)، وفي [جـ]: (يرهنه).
Ibrahim says that if a free man is kept as collateral and he himself also acknowledges (that I am as collateral), then he will remain as collateral until the one who placed him as collateral frees him, or he himself frees himself.
