A Person Dies in Debt Without Shroud

٢٣٨٦٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عمر بن علي بن عطاء بن مقدم عن ايوب ابي العلاء قال: سمعت (الحكم) (١) يقول: يبدا بالكفن ثم الدين ثم الوصية.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، هـ، ش، ط]: (الحسن).
Hazrat Hakam states that the shroud will be arranged first (the shroud will be provided first), then the debt will be paid, and then the will shall be executed.

٢٣٨٦٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن بعض اصحابه عن إبراهيم قال: يبدا بالكفن ثم الدين ثم الوصية ثم الميراث.
Ibrahim says: First the shroud will be given, then the debt will be paid, then the will shall be fulfilled, then the inheritance will be distributed.

٢٣٨٦٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: يبدا بالكفن قبل الدين.
Ibrahim says that the arrangements for shrouding and burial will be made before the repayment of the debt.

Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: First, arrangements will be made for the shroud, then for the debt, and then the will shall be executed.
