Hazrat Sha'bi says regarding two neighbors of a house: If both neighbors are equal, then the one who takes the initiative (i.e., the one who makes the demand and brings the case first) will have the right of pre-emption.

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person's pre-emption land is sold in front of him and he does not raise any objection, then now he will not have the right of pre-emption.

Hazrat Aamir and Hazrat Qasim say regarding the person whose house is sold and he remains silent and does not object, they say it will become binding upon him and it will be permissible for him.

Hazrat Aamir and Hazrat Qasim bin Abdur Rahman used to say to the buyer that you should establish a witness to the fact that this house was sold; this person was a witness (was seeing it) but did not object to it.
