٢٤٦٩٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا (ابو) (١) اسامة عن هشام عن الحسن في رجل اشترى من رجل (اكرارا) (٢) من طعام ونقده، ثم ذهب ليكتال الطعام فلم يف، قال: ليرد (عليه) (٣) صاحب الطعام (ثمن) (٤) ما بقي على حصة ما اشترى.

(٢) في [أ، هـ]: (الدار).
(٣) في [هـ، ح، ط]: (على).
(٤) سقط (ثمن) من [أ، هـ، ح، ط].
It is narrated from Hasan that a man bought some kur wheat from another, and paid the price. Then he took it to measure, but did not find it complete. He (Hasan) said: The owner of the food will return the money for the portion of the purchased item that remains. And Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked this.
