٢٤٧١١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو اسامة عن ابن عون عن محمد بن سيرين عن شريح قال: عهدة المسلم وإن لم يشترط: لاداء ولا غائلة ولا (خبث) (١) ولا شين.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [جـ، ز]: (خبثه)، وفي [ع]: (خيبة).
Hazrat Shurayh says that it is obligatory upon a Muslim, even if it is not stipulated as a condition, that the sold item should not have any disease, should not be stolen, should not be unlawful wealth, and should not have any serious defect.
