٢٤٧٥٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يشتري المملوك على ان يعتقه فلا يفعل، (قال) (١): إن اعتقه وإلا رده.

It was asked from Hasan regarding a person who bought a slave on the condition of freedom, but then did not set him free? He replied: He should set him free, then return him.
