٢٤٩١٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن يعلى الاسلمي عن عيسى بن موسى قال: سال رجل الحكم عن مكاتب (كان) (١) بين رجلين اعتقه احدهما؟ فقال: إنما هو مال وهبه له، ليس عليه شيء،
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ز]: زيادة (كان).
It is narrated from Hazrat Isa bin Musa that a person asked Hazrat Hakam, "A mukatab slave was jointly owned by two people. One of them set him free. What is the ruling?" He replied: "Indeed, he is a property that has been gifted to him; nothing is obligatory upon him."
