٢٥١٨٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا سهل (بن) (١) يوسف عن حميد عن ثابت عن (ابي) (٢) رافع قال: (رآني عمر) (٣) معصوبة يدي او رجلي، فانطلق بي إلى الطبيب، فقال: بطه، فإن المدة إذا تركت بين العظم واللحم اكلته (٤).

(٤) صحيح.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Rafi that he said: Hazrat Umar saw a bandage tied on my hand or my foot, so he took me to a physician and said, "Cut (the boil), because when pus is left between the bone and the flesh, it eats it away." The narrator says that Hasan disliked making an incision in a boil.

٢٥١٨٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا (معتمر) (١) عن ابن عون عن الحسن انه كان يكره ان يبط الجرح، ويقول: يوضع عليه دواء.

It is narrated about Hasan that he disliked making an incision in a wound and used to say that medicine should be applied to the wound.
