٢٧٢٤٣ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: حدثنا زكريا بن ابي زائدة قال: حدثني علي بن الاقمر ان ابا جحيفة كان يقول: جالسوا (الكبراء) (١)، وخالطوا الحكماء، وسائلوا العلماء (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:

(٢) صحيح.
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) bin Aqmar narrates that Hazrat Abu Juhaifa used to say: "Join the gatherings of great people, associate with the wise, and ask questions from the scholars."

٢٧٢٤٤ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: اخبرنا حماد بن سلمة عن ابي جعفر (الخطمي) (١) ان جده -وهو عمير بن حبيب- اوصى بنيه فقال: يا بني! إياكم ومجالسة السفهاء فإن مجالستهم داء، إنه من يحلم عن السفيه يسر (بحلمه) (٢) ومن يجبه يندم، ومن لا يقر بقليل ما يجيء به السفيه يقر (بالكثير) (٣)، وإذا اراد احدكم ان يامر بالمعروف وينهى عن المنكر فليوطن نفسه على الصبر على الاذى، فإنه من يصبر لا يجد للاذى مسا (٤).

(٤) صحيح.
Hazrat Abu Ja'far al-Khatmi narrates that his grandfather Hazrat Umair bin Habib advised his son: O my son! Avoid the company of fools, for indeed their company is a disease. And whoever overlooks the faults of a fool, he finds happiness due to his forbearance. And whoever befriends a fool, he becomes ashamed. And whoever does not find comfort in even a few words from a fool, his eyes will find comfort in abundance. And if any of you intends to enjoin good and forbid evil, he should make himself accustomed to patience in hardship. Because whoever is patient does not feel the hardship.

٢٧٢٤٥ - حدثنا ابن علية عن ايوب عن ابي قلابة قال: قال ابو الدرداء: ان من فقه (الرجل) (١) ممشاه ومدخله (٢).

(٢) منقطع؛ أبو قلابة لا يروى عن أبي الدرداء، أخرجه أبو نعيم في الحلية (١/ ٢١١)، وابن عساكر (٤٧/ ١٢٨)، وابن عبد البر في جامع بيان العلم (ص ١٢٧)، وابن أبي عمر كما في المطالب العالية (٣٠٤٣)، والمرزوي في زيادات الزهد لابن المبارك (٩٨٨)، وابن أبي عاصم في الزهد (٧٧)، وابن أبي الدنيا في الإخوان (٣٩)، والخطابي في العزلة (١٨٠)، والبخاري في التاريخ (٤/ ٢٣٩).
Hazrat Abu Qalabah narrates that Hazrat Abu Darda said: Surely, a man's walk and his gatherings are related to his understanding. Abu Qalabah, in an admonishing manner, said: May Allah destroy the poet who said: Do not ask anyone about a man, rather look at his companions… Every companion is guided by his companions…

٢٧٢٤٦ - قال ابو (قلابة) (١): قاتل الله الشاعر حيث يقول: عن المرء لا تسال (وابصر) (٢) عن قرينه … وكل قرين بالمقارن مهتدي.

27246 - Abu (Qilabah) said (1): May Allah fight the poet who says: Do not ask about a person (but look) (2) at his companion ... for every companion is guided by his companion.

٢٧٢٤٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان (عن ابي إسحاق) (١) عن مرة او هبيرة قال: قال عبد الله: اعتبروا (الناس) (٢) (باخدانهم) (٣) (٤).

Hazrat Marrah or Hazrat Ibn Hubairah narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Judge people by their friends.
