Hazrat Alaa bin Musayyib narrates that Hazrat Musayyib said: Do not say to your companion, "O donkey, O dog, O pig." For on the Day of Resurrection, he will say to you: "What do you think about me? Was I created as a dog or a donkey or a pig?"

Hazrat Mujahid says that Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) asked for water for his people, then said to them: O donkeys! Drink. Upon this, Allah, the Lord of Honor, said to him: Do not call My servants by the name of donkey.

Hazrat A’mash says that Ibrahim said: When a person would say to someone,“O donkey, O dog, O pig,”the Companions used to say to that person: Allah will say to you on the Day of Judgment,“What do you think about Me? Did I create him as a dog or a donkey or a pig?”

Hazrat Alqamah bin Abdullah narrates that one day during the Friday sermon, a person was talking to another. After the prayer was finished, Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said to him, "You are a donkey, and your companion's Friday (prayer) has not been accepted."
