في الرجل يبيت في البيت وحده
One Who Spends the Night Alone at Home

٢٨٠٧٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن ابي جعفر قال: لا تبت في بيت وحدك، فإن الشيطان (اشد ما) (١) يكون ولعا.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، هـ]: (لا).
Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Abu Ja'far said: Do not spend the night alone in the house. This is because Satan incites a person the most when he spends the night alone.

٢٨٠٧٩ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن ابن (جريج) (١) عن عطاء قال: نهى رسول الله ﷺ ان يسافر الرجل وحده، او يبيت في بيت وحده (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ط]: (جرير).
(٢) مرسل؛ عطاء تابعي.
Hazrat Ata narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade a man from traveling alone or spending the night alone.

٢٨٠٨٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن عاصم (بن محمد عن) (١) ابيه عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"لو يعلم احدكم ما في الوحدة ما سار ⦗٤٤٢⦘ احد (كم) (٢) بالليل" (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [أ، ب، ط، هـ].
(٢) سقط من: [ب].
(٣) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢٩٩٨)، وأحمد (٤٧٧٠).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If any of you knew what harm there is in solitude, then none of you would travel at night alone.
