٢٨٤٩٩ - [حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا (يحيى) (١) بن عبد الملك بن ابي (غنية) (٢) عن ابيه عن الحكم وحماد قالا: في الموضحة خمس من الإبل] (٣).

Hazrat Hakam and Hammad state that for a wound on the head or face that exposes the bone, the compensation is five camels.

٢٨٥٠٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو داود عن زمعة عن ابن طاوس عن ابيه قال: في الموضحة خمس من الإبل.
Hazrat Tawoos narrates from his father that for a wound on the head or face in which the bone becomes visible, the compensation is five camels.

٢٨٥٠١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: اخبرنا حسين المعلم عن عمرو بن شعيب عن ابيه عن جده عن النبي ﷺ (١) قال:"في الموضحة خمس" (٢).

Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The wound on the head or face in which the bone becomes visible is worth five camels.

٢٨٥٠٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن ابن ابي ليلى عن عكرمة بن خالد عن رجل من آل عمر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"في الموضحة خمس" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مرسل ضعيف؛ الرجل هو أبو بكر بن عبيد اللَّه بن عمر كما عند البيهقي ٨/ ٨٦، ومسند البزار (٢٦١)، وهو تابعي، وابن أبي ليلى ضعيف، وانظر: نصب الراية ٤/ ٣٧١، والبدر المنير ٨/ ٤٥٠، والمرسل أخرجه ابن حزم ١٠/ ٤١١، والبيهقي ٨/ ٨٦.
A person from the family of Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: For a wound on the head or face in which the bone becomes visible, the compensation is five camels.

٢٨٥٠٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن خالد قال: كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز: ان لا يزاد في الموضحة على خمسين دينارا.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote a letter stating that the compensation for a wound exposing the bone should not be set at more than fifty dinars. Khalid said that by this, Umar bin Abdul Aziz meant a wound on the face exposing the bone.

Hazrat Ata said that for such a wound on the face or head in which the bone becomes visible, the compensation is five camels.
