Blood Money for a Slave's Teeth and Wounds

٢٩٠٠٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو اسامة عن محمد بن عمرو عن عمر بن عبد العزيز قال: عقل العبد في ثمنه مثل عقل (الرجل) (١) الحر في ديته.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ب]: (الرجال).
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said that the blood money of a slave is according to his price, just as the compensation for a free person is according to his blood money.

٢٩٠٠١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن حماد بن سلمة عن حجاج عن حصين الحارثي عن الشعبي عن الحارث عن علي قال: تجري جراحات ⦗١١٩⦘ العبيد على ما تجري عليه جراحات الاحرار (١).

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the rulings regarding the wounds of slaves will be based on the same principles as the rulings regarding the wounds of free men.
