٢٩٦٨٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن هشام الدستوائي عن يحيى بن ابي كثير [عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"يؤدى المكاتب بقدر ما عتق منه دية الحر، وبقدر ما (رق) (١) منه دية العبد" (٢).

(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه أحمد (٢٣٥٦)، وأبو داود (٤٥٨١)، والنسائي ٨/ ٤٥، والترمذي (١٢٥٩)، والطيالسي (٢٦٨٦)، والطبراني (١١٩٩٣)، والبيهقي ١٠/ ٣٢٦، وعبد الرزاق (١٥٧٣١)، والطحاوي ١/ ١١١، والحاكم ٢/ ٢١٨، والدارقطني ٣/ ١٩٩.
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The compensation for a mukatab will be paid in proportion to his freedom—the part that is free will receive the compensation of a free person, and the part that is a slave will receive the compensation of a slave.

٢٩٦٨٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن إبراهيم عن ايوب عن عكرمة قال: قال علي: يؤدى من المكاتب بقدر ما (اداه) (١) (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [جـ ك، م]: (أدا - أدى).
(٢) صحيح.
Hazrat Ikrimah narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The mukatab will be given the diyah of a free man in proportion to his payment.

٢٩٦٨٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن هشام الدستوائي عن يحيى بن ابي كثير] (١) ان عليا ومروان كانا يقولان: (في المكاتب) (٢) يؤدى منه دية الحر بقدر ما (اداه) (٣)، وما (رق) (٤) (منه) (٥) دية العبد (٦).

(٣) في [ط]: (أراه).
(٤) في [أ، ب، ط]: (أرقا).

(٦) منقطع، يحيى بن أبي كثير لا يروي عن علي ومروان.
Hazrat Yahya bin Abu Kathir narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Marwan used to say regarding the Mukatab: He will be given the blood money of a free man in proportion to the payment he has made, and for the part in which he is still a slave, the blood money of a slave will be given.

٢٩٦٩٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد بن ابي عروبة عن قتادة عن عمر بن عبد العزيز قال: جراحة المكاتب جراحة عبد.
Hazrat Qatadah states that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said: The compensation (diyah) for the wound of a mukatab is the same as that for the wound of a slave.

٢٩٦٩١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو خالد عن اشعث عن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: تؤدى جراحته بحساب ما ادى.
Hazrat Hakam states that Ibrahim said: The compensation for his wound will be given according to the extent of its payment.

Ibrahim reports that Hazrat Shurayh said: The compensation (diyah) for the wound of a mukatab is the same as that for the wound of a slave.
