Regarding the Man Who Stops His Mount

٢٩٨٧٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل عن اشعث عن الشعبي قال: من اوقف دابته في طريق المسلمين، او وضع شيئا، فهو ضامن لجنايته.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: Whoever blocks the path of Muslims with his mount or places something there, that person will be liable for his offense.

Hazrat Sha'bi and Ibrahim said: Whoever ties an animal in the pathway will be held responsible.
