٣٠٢٧٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حاتم بن وردان عن يونس عن الحسن: إذا اعترف العبد بشرب الخمر جلده سيده اربعين سوطا.
Yunus narrates that Hasan Basri said: When a slave confesses to drinking alcohol, his master will give him forty lashes.

٣٠٢٧٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد القطان عن مالك بن انس عن الزهري قال: بلغني عن عمر وعثمان وابن عمر انهم كانوا يضربون العبد في الخمر ثمانين (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ الزهري لم يدركهم.
Hazrat Zuhri states that I have received information regarding Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Uthman, and Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that all these personalities used to administer eighty lashes to a slave in the case of drinking alcohol.
