٣٠٤٧٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سالت حمادا والحكم عن الرجل يقع على جارية امه، قالا: عليه الحد.
Hazrat Sha’bah states that I asked Hazrat Hammad and Hazrat Hakam regarding a man who has intercourse with his mother’s slave woman. Both of them said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him.
