٣٠٦٤٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: في الضرب.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: It is in the case of striking.

٣٠٦٤٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو الاحوص عن عطاء بن السائب (١) عن ⦗٤٨٢⦘ الشعبي قال: في الضرب (٢).

Hadrat Ata bin Saib narrates that Hadrat Shabi said: Do not let gentleness overtake you in administering punishment.

٣٠٦٤٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن عمران بن (حدير) (١) عن ابي مجلز في قوله (تعالى) (٢): ﴿ولا تاخذكم بهما رافة في دين الله﴾ [النور: ٢]، قال: إقامة الحدود إذا رفعت إلى السلطان.

Hazrat Imran bin Hadeer narrates that Hazrat Abu Majliz, regarding the verse: "And do not let compassion for them overtake you in the matter of Allah's religion" __QUR_N__, said: The punishments are to be carried out when the matter has been presented before the ruler.

٣٠٦٤٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو خالد الاحمر عن حجاج عن عطاء.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ata and Hazrat Mujahid regarding the saying of Allah, the Lord of Majesty, { وَلاَ تَأْخُذْکُمْ بِہِمَا رَأْفَۃٌ فِی دِینِ اللہِ }, that both of these personalities said: Not in (cases of) murder, but there should be no leniency in enforcing the prescribed punishment (hadd).

٣٠٦٥٠ - (و) (١) عن ابن ابي نجيح عن مجاهد في قوله [(تعالى) (٢): ﴿ولا تاخذكم بهما رافة في دين الله﴾) (٣) قالا: ليس بالقتل، ولكن في إقامة الحد.

30650 - (W) (1) From Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding His (the Exalted) saying: [: "And let not pity for them seize you in the religion of Allah" ] , he said: It is not about killing, but about carrying out the prescribed punishment.

٣٠٦٥١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير عن حجاج عن عطاء قال: إقامة الحد، اما إنه ليس بشدة الجلد.
Hazrat Hajjaj says that Hazrat Ata stated: In the establishment of the hadd (prescribed punishment), in any case, harshness is not intended in flogging.

٣٠٦٥٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن ابي نجيح عن مجاهد ﴿ولا تاخذكم بهما رافة في دين الله﴾ قال: (في) (١) إقامة الحد، يقام ولا يعطل.

Hazrat Ibn Abi Najeeh narrates that regarding the saying of Allah, the Exalted, { وَلاَ تَأْخُذْکُمْ بِہِمَا رَأْفَۃٌ فِی دِینِ اللہِ }, it is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid that he said: It is about enforcing the punishment, that once the punishment is enforced, it should not be stopped.
