If Someone Dies Leaving Six Sons and Bequeaths the Equivalent of Some Sons' Shares—What Is the Ruling?

٣٢٨٣٣ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال حدثنا شريك عن منصور (ومغيرة) (١) عن ⦗١٨٩⦘ إبراهيم في رجل ترك ستة (بنين) (٢) واوصى بمثل نصيب بعض ولده قال: قال منصور: هي من سبعة (يدخل) (٣) معهم.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [أ، جـ، ح، ط، هـ].
(٢) في [هـ]: (سنين).
(٣) في [أ، ب]: (تدخل).
Mansur and Mughira narrate from Ibrahim regarding the man who omitted six heirs and made a bequest equal to the share of some of the sons. According to Mansur’s narration, he (Ibrahim) said: He should be given one part out of seven, equal to the sons. And according to Mughira’s narration, he said: His share should be reduced and not made equal to any one of the sons.

32834 - Al-Mughira said: (It decreases) (1) and he does not receive a share equal to that of any one of them.
