٣٢٨٣٦ - حدثنا (ابو بكر قال حدثنا) (١): سفيان عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: كانوا يكرهون ان يوصي الرجل بمثل نصيب احد الورثة حتى يكون اقل.

It is narrated from Mansur that Ibrahim said: The scholars disliked that a person should make a bequest for someone equal to the share of an heir; rather, they said that the bequest should be less than the share of an heir.

٣٢٨٣٧ - حدثنا إسحاق بن منصور قال: ثنا (عمارة) (١) الصيدلاني عن (ثابت) (٢) عن انس انه اوصى بمثل نصيب احد ولده (٣).

Thabit narrates that Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) had made a bequest of wealth for one of his children equal to the share of a child.
