٣٢٨٦٣ - حدثنا حفص عن عاصم عن الشعبي انه سئل عن رجل اوصى بجاريته لابن اخيه، ثم وطئها قال: افسد وصيته.
It is narrated from Asim that Sha'bi was asked about a man who made a bequest of his slave woman for his nephew, then had intercourse with her. He said: This man has invalidated his bequest.
