في الرجل يريد السفر فيوصي ما يجوز له (من) ذلك

٣٣٠١٣ - حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن شعبة عن مغيرة عن سماك عن الشعبي قال: (إذا) (١) وضع رجله في (الغرز) (٢) فما اوصى به فهو من الثلث.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ط، هـ]: (لو).
(٢) في [أ، ب]: (الفرس)، وفي [جـ، م]: (الغرس).
Simak narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: When a person puts his foot in the stirrup, then whatever bequest he makes at that time will be fulfilled from one third of his wealth.

٣٣٠١٤ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن جابر عن الشعبي عن شريح قال: إذا وضع رجله في الغرز فما تكلم به من شيء فهو من ثلثه.
It is narrated from Sha'bi that Hazrat Shurayh said: When a person puts his foot in the stirrup, then whatever he says about his wealth at that time will be fulfilled from one third of his wealth.

٣٣٠١٥ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن مغيرة عن سماك عن الشعبي عن مسروق انه قال: إذا وضع الرجل رجله في الغرز -يقول: إذا سافر- فما اوصى به فهو من الثلث.
Shu'bi narrates that Hazrat Masruq said: When a person puts his foot in the stirrup, then whatever will he makes at that time regarding one third of his wealth will be fulfilled.
