٣٣٠٣٩ - حدثنا ابو اسامة عن ابي عوانة قال: سئل حماد عن رجل اوصى في الفقراء بدراهم قال: لم ير باسا ان يفضل بعضهم على بعض بقدر الحاجة.
Abu Awanah narrates that Hammad was asked about a man who had made a bequest to give some dirhams to the poor; he replied that we see no harm in giving preference to some poor people over others according to their need.
